How can I return my order?

Wil je een pakket terugsturen? Dan geven we je na je retouraanvraag instructies voor het retourneren van je pakket. Zorg ervoor dat je het product in originele staat en zonder beschadigingen terugstuurt.
- Let op! Please do not just send a return to us without registering your return and receiving instructions from us. This will prevent your return from getting lost.
What is the status of my return?
We will contact you as soon as we receive the return in our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return is delivered to our address.
Once we receive your return, our team will check its condition. If the item is not damaged or used, we will approve a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before your order is processed. Simply log in to your account and check your order status to see if cancellation is still available.
Return conditions
Get your full purchase price back? Please return the product in new condition.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packaging
- The product is complete
- The product has not been used and/or soiled
- Cut the tape to remove the product from the packaging
- Looking at and feeling the product, as you would in a store
- Unpacking a product and placing it on a clean surface
- Tear open the box to remove the product from the packaging
- Using, assembling and installing the product
- Unpacking a product and placing it on a dirty surface
Once we receive your product return, it will be reviewed by us. Completely fine? Then you will receive your refund within 14 days. Any shipping costs paid for your order will not be refunded.
Does your product not meet the return conditions? Then we will charge you a maximum of 25% depreciation. We use this depreciation to restore the product to new condition. You are only responsible for the depreciation if you have used the product in question more than necessary, for example to see how it works or to check its properties. Has the product become unmarketable? Then you will receive it back.
Exception
Refunds are not available for custom-designed puzzles, as these are created specifically to your requirements.
