I want to return something
Returning parcels
Would you like to return a package? Then, after your return request, we will give you instructions on how to return your package. Make sure the product is send back in original conditions and without damage.
- Please note! Please do not just send a return to us without reporting your return. This way you prevent your return from getting lost.
I have a damaged product
Did your product break down? Then you can claim your warranty. Please note that when a defect has occurred, you can only report this defect within the warranty period.
On most products you buy from us, you have at least 2 years warranty. This means that with normal use, your new acquisition should not break down during the first 2 years.
Legal warranty
Everything you order from us is covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product does what you can reasonably expect it to do. There is no legal warranty period. Some products last longer than others. So how long the warranty lasts depends on the type of product. This does not apply if the defect was caused by you or if the product is worn out under normal use.
Do you doubt whether your defect is covered by the warranty?
Take photos and/or videos of your defect or damage. You can upload these to the contact form when you ask a question about a return or repair.
Can I also collect or look at products?
No visiting address
Racing Puzzle is a webshop without a physical store, showroom or pickup point. Therefore you can send us your questions at any time of the day via our contact form. This way you will get the best and fastest answer.
Order, ask questions or track your order 24/7
That’s the beauty of a webshop. Ask your question via the contact form and track your order via the ‘Orders’ page in your account.
Where is my order?
You want to know where your order is, understandably.
You can see it on your account page.
Go to top right corner and log in to your account and then click on ‘Orders’. On this page you can see everything about your order and arrange it yourself.
Where do you find your order number?
You can find it in your order confirmation in your email and on your invoice.
My order is not complete
First, check with the order number from your order confirmation and the email address you used to order to see if a shipment is still on its way via your ‘Account’ page.
Nothing on its way?
Use the contact form to report that you are missing a product or part.
I have an advise or product question
