Ordering at Racing Puzzle is easy and safe. For most products: ordered today before the indicated time, is shipped the same day. Once you start checking out you will enter a secure internet environment. This way others don’t get the chance to watch and you can safely and quickly checkout your shopping cart.

How can I place an order?
Placing an order is very easy and can be done in two ways. Do you scroll through a category and see a product you want to order? Then click on the “Add to cart” box and the product will be added to your shopping cart. The second way is to click on the product itself. Now you get to the product page where you can very easily click the “Add to cart” button to order the product in question.
I have added all products to my shopping cart, how do I proceed?
When you have added all the products you are going to order to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right. A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen. Now simply click on the green ‘Checkout’ button and you will be redirected to the page where you have to fill in your details and complete your order.

What payment options are available?
We offer the following payment options:

- Klarna
- Credit card (Mastercard and VISA)
- Bank transfer (delivery only after receipt of payment)
These payment options are not available:
- Pay by cash on delivery
- Pay in installments
- Pay in kind (PIK)
Shipping costs
Netherlands and Belgium
All orders with an order value above €75 we ship for free to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €75 we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Europe
Shipping costs within Europe range from €11.95 to €19.95, depending on the destination country.
Rest of the world
For all other countries not mentioned above the shipping costs are €39.95.

How can I change my order?
Whether you can make changes to your order depends on how far we have already processed and shipped your order. If we havent shipped your product changes are still possible.
Would you like to add or remove a product from your order?
Unfortunately this is not possible. You can, of course, place a new order or return the unwanted product to us.
I did not receive a payment confirmation or invoice. What now?
Did you receive an order confirmation email after you placed it? Then you will find the invoice (payment confirmation) attached to this mail. In this mail you will also find the order number, this may be useful in case you need further support from our team.
How does a refund work?
Are you due to receive a refund from Racing Puzzle, for example when you cancel your order? Then the amount will be refunded to the same account you used to make your payment.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have refunded you, it takes on average 2-3 business days for the money to be credited back to your account. Of course, we may need to receive the products you received before refunding you.
Paid by credit card?
Then you will see the amount back on your credit card checking account. At the end of the month, the refunded amount will also appear in the monthly statement.
Paid with Klarna?
Then Klarna pays the amount back to you. Not yet paid? Then your invoice will be canceled.
Paid with Paypal?
The amount will be refunded to your PayPal account as soon as possible.
Paid by bank transfer?
We ask you to provide the account number and the name where we can pay the amount. The amount will be in your account within 2-4 business days.
I cannot find the refund
Our refund can be found under ‘Mollie Payments’ instead of ‘Racing Puzzle’. Still can’t find your refund? Please check your account page to see the status of your return.
Will the shipping and handling charges be refunded as well?
We will only refund the amount related to the products, the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, except we made a mistake on your order.
What is your pricing policy?
Of course, you don’t want to pay too much. That’s why we keep a close eye on our competitors. Does another provider have a lower price? Then in most cases we adjust the price accordingly. This does not mean that we always accept every price. We always look at the possibilities we have per product.
