Want to return your product because you changed your mind? Of course you can. At Racin Puzzel, you have up to 14 days of reflection time. Should be enough right? Using the cooling off period and returning your product is very simple. How to do it and what the conditions are you can read below.

Returns at Racing Puzzle are super easy. Log in and go to your account in the top-right corner, under the section “Returns” you will be able to seletct your past order and submit the return.

Returning parcels
Would you like to return a package? Then, after your return request, we will give you instructions on how to return your package. Make sure the product is send back in original conditions and without damage.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the return in our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return is delivered to our address.

Once we receive your return, our team will check its condition. If the item is not damaged or used, we will approve a refund.

You can cancel anytime before your order is processed. Simply log in to your account and check your order status to see if cancellation is still available.

Changed your mind? Then you have 30 days, after receiving your order, to return the product.You can do this by submitting your return in your account.

Return Check & Refund
Once we receive your product return, it will be reviewed by us. Completely fine? Then you will receive your refund within 14 days. Any shipping costs paid for your order will not be refunded.
Depreciation
Does your product not meet the return conditions? Then we will charge you a maximum of 25% depreciation. We use this depreciation to restore the product to new condition. You are only responsible for the depreciation if you have used the product in question more than necessary, for example to see how it works or to check its properties. Has the product become unmarketable? Then you will receive it back.

Exception
Refunds are not available for custom-designed puzzles, as these are created specifically to your requirements.

Yes, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the product is safely returned to our warehouse. You may select any shipping method, as long as the item arrives within 14 days of submitting the return request.
